Our Programmes Teach:

Values

We want to create a safe haven for vulnerable individuals in the community, by nurturing them to survive, strive and succeed.

Our services are inclusive, holding no judgement, providing excellent quality of service consistently with all our clients.

We will communicate openly about our work and ensure staff and volunteers are given direction to enable them to support the community in the best possible way.

With expertise in neuropsychology and the effects of trauma, stress, burnout, mood disorders and mental health, our well-being and personal development programs are unique, powerful and tailored to your needs.

As a Not-For-Profit, all of our income goes back into helping adults and children in our community to overcome mental health challenges and improve their well-being.

Dina Shale The Way of the Horse Values

Dina Shale – Founder & Director and driving force behind this amazing organisation.

Dina Shale is the highest qualified Medicine Horseway Instructor in the Midlands.

With the perfect combination of personal experience and relevant professional qualifications, Dina can read early onset of mental health conditions in vulnerable individuals.

Dina has been developing and delivering interventions across Leicestershire for the past 4 years and has successfully delivered for 100’s of clients.

Our Story

Dina began this not-for-profit organisation in 2015, with a view to help individuals that had ‘lost’ their way in life, using horses as a reflective tool.

The service she envisaged was much the same to what she had experienced herself, where her horse had helped her to find a reason to continue life.

Dina has since worked with individuals from 6-60 years of age, helping them to find their own motivation, understand where it comes from and drive their life in a positive direction.

Whether you have a diagnosed mental health condition, low self-confidence, trauma or loss that you are dealing with, or just need some motivation.
